Bianca Birnie, CEO of Worthy Women was crowned with various titles during the period 2017 - 2019 which includes Mrs Glamour Africa 2017, Mrs Glamour International 2nd Runner Up 2017, Queen of Africa 2018 and currently holds the title of African Queen Foundation Ambassador under Africa Pageants directorship of Carolyn Baldwin Botha.

During this period Bianca and Sylvia visited 480 schools in different provinces and handed out 1500 Living Balls.
